Once you get to this page go to the right and scroll to the bottom and start with episode 1 part 1.
Each part is about 10 minutes and then you have to click on the next part…since using my bodybugg and becoming more aware of my calories burned per minute I try to get on my elliptical or treadmill between segments (even if it is only for 1 minute) that way I keep my calories burned per minute up.
